These terms apply to your use of wayward.au, run by wayward (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Shopping

Products, prices and stock shown on the site can change without notice, and we may correct errors. Orders are placed and paid for through our Shopify store at shop.wayward.au; a contract for sale is formed when we accept your order. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Discounts and the country guess

The 10% off sign-up code is for your first order. The “guess which country is next” reward is at our discretion: winners are contacted by email and the answer is never published on the site. We may change or end either offer at any time.

Content

The photos, videos, text, logos and design on the site belong to wayward, the brands we stock or the photographers who made them. You may view and share links to the site for personal use, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content without permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: for example, by trying to break its security, overloading it, scraping it, or submitting false or someone else’s details.

Other sites

The site links to other services such as Shopify and Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect loss from using the site, and the site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
